Costumes, Props & Dress Code
While cosplay is encouraged, there are some restrictions:
- Footwear must be worn. If you wear "invisible shoes" as has been seen at other conventions, we will allow.
- All large props must pass through weapons check and be verified and peacebonded by the QMC Weapons Master to ensure they are safe. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the convention without refund.
Weapons Policy
For the safety of everyone at QMC and at our venue the Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre, the following policies for weapons and props are expected to be followed. Costumers are expected to read the policies and comply. Failure to do so will result in warnings and potentially loss of convention membership. You will receive three warnings to be fair.
