Thank you for your interest in the Artist Alley for 2017. Please take the time to read everything thoroughly before filling out our artist registration form for 2017.

Registration for Artist Alley runs April 1 - September 1, 2017.
Quinte Mini Con Artist Alley hours are Sat: 10:00 am – 6:00pm, Sun: 10:00 – 6:00 pm. The alley set up on Saturday is at 8:00 am. You will be able to leave items in the exhibitor hall overnight. You may arrive earlier than 8am on Saturday morning if needed - staff will be arriving at the venue for 7:30am, please do not arrive before then. This time is adjusted from 7am as staff also need to have breakfast in the morning. Artists may be aware that staff will arrive no earlier than 9:30am on Sunday.

Half space: $40 and Includes:
3'x2' table space (half of a shared 6'x2' table) 1 chair 1 convention pass |
Full space: $50 and Includes:
6'x2' table space Up to 2 chairs Up to 2 convention passes (upon request) |
Double Space: $100 and Includes:
12x'2 table space Up to 3 chairs (upon request, for helpers) Up to 3 convention passes (upon request) |
Only one person can sit behind a half table – only one artist is registered to a space. If you want to share a table with a friend, they must buy their AA space (their own half table).
Sale of Products: All products and works of art must be original and produced by the exhibitor.
The following items are not allowed in the Quinte Mini Con Artist Alley: food, doujinshi/comics not made by the exhibitor, weapons, art materials, art that is not yours or that you don’t have written permission to sell, and replicas of officially licensed products or the actual licensed product.
Required by the City of Belleville: **NEW FOR 2017**
Exhibitors are required if they are able to provide the event in question with a copy of their insurance. In the event that you do not have regular artist/store insurance, or are unable to acquire insurance for the event, we are able to get insurance for you. When filling out your form you will be asked about this. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. This is directed to us by the city and we are required to inform potential exhibitors of this matter.
To clarify: if you are unable to provide your own insurance it will be covered by the convention.
Payment from Artists for their tables is to be paid ahead of time after confirmation of your space. Exceptions may be made such as technical difficulties.
